Speakers
Dr Taryn Bond-Barnard
Research, Lecturing, PrEng, PMP, Prince2
Taryn is a senior lecturer and researcher in the Graduate School of Technology Management at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Before joining the University of Pretoria she worked as a project manager focusing mainly on ICT and business improvement projects for private and public sector clients. She teaches on the School’s Masters in Project Management Programme and various short courses on project management through Enterprises@UP. She has published widely in both national and international journals and regularly presents papers at conferences in her field of expertise. Her qualifications include an engineering degree (cum laude), a Masters (cum laude) and a PhD in Project Management as well as PMP and PRINCE2 certifications and she is registered as a profession engineer with ECSA.
