Has participed in an International exchange program by Pilot University of Colombia (Bogotá-Colombia) in the specialization of Corporate Psychology and Corporate Citizenship.
As an energetic and proactive Agile Coach with an extensive background in Business Agility, I help with building the skills and knowledge of delivery teams and managers as part of embracing the Agile philosophy and applying various Scrum practices such as XP, Kanban, DevOps etc. I find fulfillment in guiding teams and managers along the journey from their current state to their preferred new normal state. I encourage managers to recognise that they have an opportunity to help transform their organisations, through the displaying of Agile leadership behaviours, which generally involves creating an environment where teams feel motivated to take ownership of their work and understand the needs of their customers.
“Challenge the status quo and continuous self-discovery through Unlearning” is what I strongly believe in and it helps me in extending my horizons. I have published a book on Unlearning that outlines the various aspects of Unlearning and it’s significance in personal or organizational transformation journey. I have been leading Digital Transformation programs over the past 15+ years for diverse industries such as Defence, Automotive & Banking with exposure to various technologies like Business Process Management, Institutional Payments, Cloud, Infrastructure and Communication Networks along with ways of working in Agile & DevOps. In my most recent role as Head of Transformation at Societe Generale, I had the opportunity to build a transformation tribe & strategized transformation roadmaps for new ways of working through Scaled Agile implementation, Cloud Migration of legacy applications to AWS, utilising Service Oriented Architecture (APIs), establishing Continuous Integrations & Continuous Delivery platform and building high performing teams adopting DevOps culture and practices. Through these programs, we transformed people from both technologies and support functions like Risk, HR, Digital, Compliance, Legal, Data, Finance & Digital Domains. I was also identified as the Senior Expert on Tools, Methodologies and Frameworks Domain of Global Expertise program and am also part of Ment2BExpert, a coaching & mentoring program to build expert leadership within the group. I have devised and delivered “Leader as a Coach”, an experiential leadership development program for senior leaders to help them adopt Servant Leadership style and competencies. I have been a mentor & reviewer of internal start-up ideas promoted through CATALYST, our flagship program to promote internal start-up and innovation culture. I have successfully lead one of the largest Payments transformation programs in Australian Banking history, New Payment Platform (NPP) for transforming Institutional Payments Business & Technology systems and Operational Process Transformation(OPT) Program for ANZ Bank and have won the CIO Award for Delivery Excellence in 2015. I have been a Jury Member on World Agility Forum, proposal reviewer for Agile Alliance, GHCI 2020, Agility Today, Technical Agility Conferences. I have spoken at international conferences on topics related to Leadership, Cultural Transformation, Agile & DevOps, Coaching & Self-Discovery. I have been fortunate to have served the nation as an Air Warrior in Indian Air Force and also represented India as a UN Peace Keeper in DR Congo.
