Mr. Ngwenya has been with Johannesburg Water's Engineering Services Unit (ESU) since February 2010, handling projects across various process groups from inception to completion. His daily activities include, but are not limited to, tender adjudication and evaluation, conducting project feasibility studies, cost and schedule duration estimates, design, construction supervision and monitoring, enforcing health and safety on site, quality control, progress reporting, project tracking, compiling close out reports and as-built records for archiving, and enforcing health and safety on site. He has also worked in the consulting and construction fields. He has over 17 years of post-qualification design, construction, and project management experience. He has a B Tech (University of Johannesburg) in Civil Engineering with a specialisation in Water Supply and an MSc (University of Liverpool) in Project Management with a specialisation in Construction and Infrastructure since 2016. Since July 2014, he has been a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
