Alicia Burke

Global Manager, Certification Products, PMI

Alicia Burke joined the Project Management Institute in 2013 and now serves as global manager for PMI’s professional certification products. In this role she is currently charged with planning, developing, and overseeing product related creation and support services, as well as leading the product team for the PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, and the new Disciplined Agile credentials. Prior to joining PMI, Alicia spent 15 years in the education software industry, including roles as marketing director and project manager. She was an active member of the PMI Keystone Chapter for many years before joining the staff of the certification team at PMI Global Headquarters. She holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Glenn Farrow

Product Specialist, PMI

Glenn Farrow joined PMI in 2007 and serves as a Product Specialist for PMI’s professional certification products. In this role he supports all aspects of the candidate’s journey, including application submission and audit, and especially their experience with Pearson VUE, PMI’s third-party exam delivery vendor. Prior to joining PMI, Glenn was the National Cardmember Services Policy Manager for Discover Card and has over 30 years’ experience within the financial services industry. Glenn holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware, was a member of the International Honor Society for Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon), was a certified Information Capture Professional (ICP) for 14 years and held the position of Treasurer for his local MENSA chapter.

Danielle Ritter

Product Manager, Standards, PMI

Danielle Ritter joined PMI in 2006 and oversees the development and maintenance of PMI's standards and guides. In this role, she is also responsible for ensuring that PMI provides leadership and expertise to the project, program and portfolio standards development activities within the International Standards Organization (ISO), in partnership with the American National Standards Institute. Ms. Ritter is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and holds an MS in Library and Information Science from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts.
