Muhammad Babur is an IT Program Manager at Mayo Clinic. Muhammad has been working in the healthcare sector for the last 22 years. He has worked on several critical institutional initiatives, projects, and program such as artificial intelligence (AI), applied clinical informatics (ACI), academic collaborations, and clinical decision support. In this capacity, Muhammad partners with internal and external stakeholders to create a long-term strategic vision, business plan, and implement operational goals and projects for Mayo Clinic. Muhammad collaborates closely with physicians’ leadership and administrators to translate Mayo's strategic plan into meaningful and effective operational activities. Before his current role, Muhammad has worked in Medtronic and General Electric. He has a strong background in strategic planning combined with many years of work experience in portfolio management and operational planning. Muhammad has earned his master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Syracuse University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
