Engr. Bayo Adeola, is a renowned first-generation project manager, Founder and Chairman of Comprehensive Project Management Services Limited (CPMS and Author of “Principles and Practice of Project Management”. He is the). He is a passionate advocate for developmental planning and the use of project management to help organisations actively build their value creation capabilities. Bayo has over 30 years of experience as a consulting engineer, specializing in building structures, water and wastewater management, urban infrastructures, and, more recently, highway designs. He speaks and writes on engineering as an intrinsic basis for development in Africa; he is a firm believer in engineering, design, and technology as a requirement for a prosperous future. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering Hydraulics (M. Sc., DIC) from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London in 1978.
